On World Mental Health Day, we are talking about something we all experience at some point: suffering. Clara de Cendra invites us to look inward and reflect on how our self-image influences how we feel and how we cope with what happens to us. Who am I? How do I see myself? How much do I value myself? These questions have a lot to do with our self-esteem and the way we build our own identity. Because learning to know ourselves, accept ourselves, and treat ourselves with more kindness is also a way of taking care of our mental health. Today is a good day to remember that asking for help, talking about what we are going through, and learning to relate to ourselves in a different way is also part of that care.
